Instructions for Use
Content: Each vial contains 2 mL of sterile MaxSortin™ CD4 Separation Magnetic Beads solution.
Composition: Colloidal dextran magnetic beads conjugated with a humanized anti-human CD4 antibody, suspended in PBS/EDTA buffer, 0.5% human serum albumin, and Poloxamer 188.
Usage: Each vial of MaxSortin™ CD4 Separation Magnetic Beads is designed to process up to 1 × 10¹⁰ total cells for separation. Recommended usage instructions can be referred to in the "NanoSep™ CD4 Separation Magnetic Beads User Guide."

Precautions
