AMMS® PrimeCell Immune Cell Basal Medium is a fully serum-free and xeno-free medium, composed of AMMS® PrimeCell Immune Cell Basal Medium and AMMS® PrimeCell Immune Cell Supplement. It is specifically designed for CAR-T cell process development, suitable for T cell activation, expansion, and transduction, supporting efficient CAR-T cell production.

This medium is free of animal-derived components and offers high batch-to-batch consistency, significantly reducing the variability and contamination risks associated with serum. It is also suitable for the in vitro culture of other conventional immune cells, such as dendritic cells (DC), natural killer (NK) cells, cytokine-induced killer (CIK) cells, macrophages, etc.
